Abbott interns work on meaningful projects and make significant contributions to our business and to global health care needs. They also gain hands-on, professional experience and exposure to our industry and some of its leading practitioners.
Each year, Abbott hosts more than 900 interns worldwide. They work in our medical device, diagnostic, nutrition and branded generic pharmaceuticals businesses in functions that include engineering, science, finance, IT and marketing.
We look for talented candidates from the world’s leading universities who have demonstrated academic excellence, strong leadership and communication skills and technical excellence in their respective fields. The Abbott Internship Program offers the flexibility of 10-to-12 week assignments during the summer months, with start and end dates adjusted to your academic calendar and to the needs of individual businesses.
