Abbott’s Professional and Management Development Programs (PDP/MDP) are aimed at preparing talented people for key positions in the future. These programs include experiential learning, formal training and aggressive performance management.
PDP/MDP assignments are formally structured, two-to-three-year programs designed to let participants explore new career opportunities and experiences, based on specific functions or disciplines. Participants may be assigned to different areas of the company and to various Abbott locations throughout the world.
