Glucerna

ZonePerfect

Balanced nutrition and all its benefits can be achieved by following a nutritional profile that includes a combination of carbohydrates, proteins and dietary fat. This formula was popularized by Barry Sears, Ph.D., author of the New York Times best seller, The Zone Diet.

The ZonePerfect Nutrition program continues to follow this profile, while being updated to reflect recent advances in nutrition science. A high protein intake remains the core of the eating plan because it helps satisfy the appetite and sustain energy levels. The diet must also contain a moderate level of carbohydrates and be relatively low in fat, but still provide all the essential fatty acids and a sensory experience that will contribute to overall satisfaction.
