Safeguarding Trust: Code of Business Conduct

Below is the Abbott Laboratories Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”), effective January 1, 2015. The Code now makes better use of technology to communicate with Abbott employees and other stakeholders around the world about our values, and addresses the modern needs of our global company by setting forth common ethical expectations applicable to our diverse operations around the world. All employees of Abbott Laboratories are required to certify that they understand and will abide by their commitments under the Code of Business Conduct, including their commitments with respect to reporting potential Code violations.

Abbott employees and external parties can confidentially and anonymously raise Code violations or other concerns by using Abbott’s Speak Up tool. Speak Up can be accessed by telephone, email, or internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Speak Up can be found here: http://speakup.abbott.com.
