Our goal is to have a workforce that is representative of the more than 160 countries in which we operate and to provide opportunities for all our employees to help them reach their full potential. Additionally, we conduct pay equity reviews that consider the market, gender, race, ethnicity, job grade, and position levels where applicable. We assess these reviews and make pay adjustments when necessary to make sure our employees are compensated equitably for their contributions.
