The 500,000 square-foot Abbott Manufacturing Singapore facility is the largest single-company nutritional manufacturing investment in the country, producing science-based products that reach consumers across the Asia-Pacific region. The facility was designed from the ground up with sustainability in mind, earning the Green Mark Gold certification from Singapore's Building and Construction Authority and achieving a 50 percent reduction in water and energy use through continuous employee-driven improvement. Beyond nutrition, Abbott's Singapore operations supply the majority of HIV viral load testing for Singapore's public healthcare system and provide pharmaceuticals that help aging adults across the region stay active and vital.
