Abbott HeartMates is all about building a supportive community for people impacted by cardiovascular conditions, as well as their caregivers. Our mission is to offer opportunities for members to form meaningful connections and find — or become — a source of inspiration. Because no one should feel like they're on a heart health journey alone.
The Abbott HeartMates community is open to anyone impacted by a cardiovascular condition, either directly (e.g., you’ve been diagnosed with a heart condition) or indirectly (e.g., someone you care about has a heart condition). Members must be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian join the community on their behalf.
While Abbott HeartMates is open to people in all countries, privacy laws limit some elements of the program to U.S. residents.
