Does Abbott offer grants for nonprofits or advocacy organizations that work to improve cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment, or patient outcomes?

Abbott supports independent grants to nonprofit organizations to (1) advance population health goals around cancer screening; (2) improve the cancer screening and follow-up landscape; (3) educate cancer patients/survivors about Precision Oncology; (4) train cancer patients to serve as advocates; and (5) provide services that help patients access precision oncology testing and access to cancer care. 

Abbott also supports independent grants to organizations to provide medical education (CME or non-CME) to oncologists and APPs in oncology around precision oncology, biomarker testing, treatment guidance and monitoring for recurrence.
