When we recognize a strategic fit, our scientific and/or commercial organizations champion the opportunity, fully exploring it through due diligence to determine whether a mutually agreeable partnership can be formed.
Integration planning and deal closure
Discussions and negotiations then take place to determine appropriate forms for the proposed venture. After contract negotiations and finalization, deal closure and interaction planning occurs.
